We are lucky to be situated in the heart of Crop Circle country. Fields that often contain some of the world's most famous phenomena are within two or three miles distance. Every year we are amazed to witness crop circles that have appeared overnight as if by magic in our locality.
Whilst it has been proved that a few of these designs have been man-made by hoaxers, there are many more complex patterns created that defy all logic! During the summer crop circle season there are many seminars and discussions in Alton Barnes, Devizes and Marlborough. These are attended by speakers and audiences from all over the world. The Barge pub at Honeystreet, which is just 2 miles away, is generally recognised as the croppies mecca for circle activity.
